- Hold a rope in each hand, palm facing in.
- Lean forward slightly with your knees bent.
- Create an alternating wave pattern by starting with one rope moving up and down, while doing the opposite movement with the other rope.
- Alternate the waves continuously at speed to keep the wave flowing down the rope.
